It has come to our attention that multiple customers have been affected by a recent burst of malware such as anti-virus live 2009, among others. We recommend you do not open e-mail attachments from anyone you do not know, as well as being smart with e-mail, if you get a deal that looks to good to be true, it most likely is and will end up costing you! Be safe, install anti-virus software, and anti-malware security solutions. Our Rates |
SI Computer Solutions offers three rate plans to maximize value and service for your company.
- All Service Calls have a one-hour minimum.
Hourly Rate
Our hourly rate is $125.00 per hour and is an excellent choice for business that do not require much IT support. Our hourly rate is available to any business and service is provided during our normal service hours from 8am-5pm PST.
After Hour support
After Hour support 5pm-7am (For hourly Customers): We offer 24/7 emergency support. Our rate is $250 per hour. We normally can have someone out to your business within a two hour window.
Flat Fee Serivce Contracts:
Our flat fee billing offers customers of larger size or customers who want to know exactly every month what they will be paying. Our flat fee billing provides our customers with unlimited hours, when you need us we’ll be there. Customers can enjoy extended service times and onsite support and maintenance.
